  Knights of Columbus!,

  So know im on my 2nd 1/2 week of working out for 30 mins+ on the excercise bike a day. Today however, was a great total of 42 minutes straight!! Yep, 14.5 miles, 420 calories later. Man am I tired but I feel great. Click on the title to read more….

• The Top 10 Flash Websites

  I have always wanted a list of the top ten Flash websites. Often I look to them for design inspiration, animation ideas and just for being so dang cool. Often I find myself typing in Google, “Top 10 Flash Sites” just to see what is cool out there. The problem I find is that Flash showcasing sites typically don’t offer sites that I feel are wicked good. So, screw them, I’ll make my own. Feel free to reply with your own favs too.
