Knights of Columbus!,

So know im on my 2nd 1/2 week of working out for 30 mins+ on the excercise bike a day. Today however, was a great total of 42 minutes straight!! Yep, 14.5 miles, 420 calories later. Man am I tired but I feel great.

Boy Howdy,

It’s Toni, my wife’s birthday today - 10/28. She got a 32inch Toshiba LCD TV($$$) also for Christmas as well, and she loves it. Also, I did some pampering this morn. Woke up, when my body only told me to go to sleep at 7am and cleaned the home. I made pancakes, breakfast ham and took her out to Ross(dress for less). We went to The Silverstar restaurant for baked brie, beverages, and a Quesadilla. Tonight we head to her Mom’s house for Hamburger Gravy and toast….apparently a favorite and games. Toni and Rogie’s day of fun!…..hehe…..been nice to be off work however.

Hmmmm….what else to say…

I did some updates to the site. I know have a pimpin preloader ( I like it alo ) and a new flash navbar that features an organic tabbed navigation - a sort of mystery meat navigation - I admit. However, it is a space saver that includes, I’d like to note!, even as much as eddy h8s <- oops geek comin out, pixel art. Yes, my own pixelart, homebrewed, built by me, and its cute too. Lemme know what you think of the nav. Ohhh, and sorry it doesn’t link anywhere. I’ll change that soon.
