A Musical Baton

Alen Grakalic from a great site, Pixelpusher.biz has passed me the musical baton.

I am no pro musician. More appropriately, I am a seasoned music lover. My love for music has its roots in the whole trance, techno, electronica shebang. I have also tried to do the whole top 5 music thing. It’s uber tough and I have never nailed it. However, I did manage to do a top 10 movie and a top 10 flash websites listing.

My favorite all time bands are (random order): The Prodigy, No Doubt, Beck, Daft Punk, CCR, The Crystal Method, the list goes on and on…

    Last CD I bought: hmmm a couple.. the bravery, unwritten law and my new love ted leo/pharmacists

    Total volume of music on computer: 51.6mb in itunes alone. im n00b, i dunno how to check the rest of the computer for amountage.

    The Violent Femmes is always going to be #1 for me, followed by musicians, Prince, Bowie, Weezer, Elvis Costello and I’m ashamed to say it but the 16 year old girl inside of me still loves NSYNC! And my favorite song: The Rainbow Connection as performed by Kermit T. Frog

    Last CD I bought was Hitting the Ground by Gordon Gano

    I like the Shins fo sho. Tell ya what James. I don’t listen to Prince, Bowie, Weezer or Elvis Costello. However, of those, Elvis Costello seems the most interesting to me. You gotta hook me up. Geesh you have ecletic taste in music, although cool.

    Same to you Erin. I got no idea what the crap you are listening to. Guess I got a lot to learn eh.

    On a random note, “One night in Bangkok” by Murray Head is a real gem of a song. I love it
