Sorry I have been so bad about posting. I am having a great time and I have tons of great pictures to show you guys. I am truly being a huge kid and having a blast.

We have went to California Adventure and Disneyland both and both are awesome! Tonight, If I am not too tired, I will post a ton of images for you guys to browse through.

The highlights of the vacation so far are Goofy’s Kitchen, the Disney Characters, The Tower of Terror and all of the decorations around the parks for the 50th anniversary. The place is sooooo decked out with so much 50th anniversary stuff!

Goofy’s Kitchen

Goofy’s Kitchen was this restaurant that we went to with my family ( Marv and my Mom ) and Toni’s family. The restaurant features “Character Dining,” where Goofy, Chip & Dale, Mulan and Aladdin all came out and danced and talked to us. I found out that Dale is pretty “street” and knows all of the west side east side symbols. The food was fantastic. It was set up in a buffet style but had really good food. Prime Rib, Pork Loin roast, eclairs, etc. The prime rib was so dang good, but the horseradish was the hottest I have ever had. My nose was running so bad. Sorry Ed n’ Erin….no bathroom break story for you!

The Twilight Zone: Tower of Terror

The Tower of Terror was this amazing ride. Its set back in a 1930’s style hotel. The hotel looks older and like it was stricken by lightning or an alien or something on the outside. All of the employees working for the hotel are super serious and play up the mood a ton. Everything is all dingy and dusty and it sets the mood.

So we get invited into this room all of about 30 of us at first. They tell us that we are going to wait for the elevator to be ready to take us to our rooms. They tell us to stand on ONLY the carpet. So Toni has a death grip on my arm and cant let up. Meanwhile my arm is about falling off from lack of circulation. Toni was freaking out so bad. Basically nothing except for a movie telling us about the tower of terror shows. It tells us about 5 people that went up an elevator and disappeared and went into…..The Twilight Zone.

We waited some more and walked up some stairs. Then we went into the elevator and all sat down and they seat belted us in. This ride was soo exhilarating guys :)! Then it proceeds to tell us all to look in a mirror and wave goodbye to ourselves. Then the elevator goes up like 10 floors and proceeds to drop us a few floors then go back up and down. There are about 5 freefalls and it is so great! I was laughing the whole time ..MWahahhuahhauhua! Toni was screaming….Rogie….dont scream like that…it scares like me. So, I screamed like that more, just to set the mood.
