• The Pulse Diet

  I propose a little game. This game was called The Rice Diet, but has now been added to include beans aka pulse for protein. I propose that for 14 days, I eat nothing but pulse for lack of a better word. The diet is simple and whoever joins me is required to check in every day for 14 days and comment on this blog on how things are going.

  Now, you may be asking “what can I drink?.” I’m sure that you don’t want to drink just water, so I have modified this diet to include natural type beverages. Basically, knock the sugary drinks out such as soda and you’ll be adhering to the diet. Personally, I still plan on sucking back my fair share of the sludge I call coffee, so you can do as you will, but NO soda!
